High Protein Fruit Smoothie Recipe

This recipe is for a smoothie that is packed with protein. I use soy milk due to the fact I am lactose intolerant. I like to buy strawberries when they are on sale. If I don't use them up fast enough, I rinse them and remove the stem, then store in a bag in the freezer. Right now I have a bag of frozen straberries and blueberries. Perfect to throw into the blender!

8 oz. soy milk or regular milk
1 banana
4 strawberries
2 tbsp. soy protein powder
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy!
