Supplements for a Healthy Heart

Looking to help your heart get happy and healthy? These three supplements are a great start, along with exercise and a natural balanced diet.
  • Omega-3 Fish Oil - helps support normal levels of triglycerides and cholesterol, healthy blood pressure levels, strengthens the heart and helps prevent abnormal heart rhythms.
  • Vitamin E - an antioxident that helps keep cell membranes healthy which results in good blood flow. This results in a reduced risk for blood clots.
  • CoQ10 - Helps keep the heart pumping regularly and reduces the risk for irregular heart beats.
